Cerina Mariano is currently the Court Programs Administrator at the Judiciary of Guam. She is a grant writer and administrator with a career of public service dedicated to the people of Guam. Cerina received Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Guam. Before moving to the Judiciary, she was a project administrator for the Pacific Island Health Officers Association, managing grants and projects and overseeing the day-to-day administration of a non-profit organization focused on promoting regional initiatives to improve the health infrastructure in Guam and other U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands. Her previous professional experience includes serving as a Social Worker and Program Coordinator for the education and health departments where she provided direct services to vulnerable children, families, persons with disabilities and the elderly.
